Refund Policy
Fair refunds for digital access problems.
This policy explains when ChinaGate AI can refund or replace premium access while the product and payment setup are still early.
Digital Access
ChinaGate AI sells digital access to screenshot analysis and Telegram guidance. There is no physical shipment.
Premium access is normally activated automatically after a successful payment webhook, or manually if a payment provider is still being configured.
Eligible Refunds
Contact us if you were charged twice, paid but did not receive access, purchased the wrong item by mistake, or could not use the service because of a confirmed platform outage.
Please include the payment email, payment ID if available, approximate payment time, and the device or Telegram account you used.
Limits
Refunds may be declined when the paid access has been substantially used, when the request relates to a third-party Chinese app changing its own flow, or when the payment provider marks the transaction as ineligible.
Provider fees, exchange rates, card network rules, and settlement timing may affect how and when a refund appears on your statement.
How To Request
Send refund requests to support@chinagate-ai.com within 14 days of purchase. We aim to review requests within 3 business days.
If a payment provider dashboard is not fully active yet, we may resolve eligible cases with manual access extension, a replacement invite code, or a refund once provider tools are available.
